Girls Unleashed - Part 1

„You know… You really don’t have to do this. No one is forcing you, you can come back. I can still always turn around” My dad tried to study my face while trying to handle the driving as well. I sighed. I knew this was coming. Ever since my parents realized that I was being serious about going to “Oliviana’s school of art” they had been trying to persuade me to stay in my hometown in Texas by offering me things that I had been begging them to give me for years. I had gotten my own computer, a new (huge!) bed (which was seriously amazing) and so many other things. But I was positive that I had made the right decision by deciding to move. “Its okay, Dad. Really… I appreciate your concern but as I’ve said before, I really wanna do this. It’ll be fine, you’ll see. I’ll call every day and let you know what’s going on and I’ll be home every vacation and every spare time that I have. Please don’t make this harder for me than it already is” I looked at him. His dark brown eyes were filled with disappointment and sadness. “I love you, Chloe,” he said, trying to hold back the tears but I could hear it in his voice. The moment I would enter the doors and turn my back, I was gone and he knew that. I was his little girl and I would stay that to him forever, so letting me go was really hard for him. “I know, I love you, too Dad” I answered. I stared out the window. The trees rushed by, I knew I wasn’t much more to go. The school was supposed be on a beautiful landscape just 20 min away from a big city. I missed home already; I missed my family, my best friend Ella and my hamster Queen. I sighed again. It was harder leaving home than I imagined but I was ready.

And then it was too late to say anything else. We arrived….

To be continued.
