Girls Always Come With Drama - Part 8

13th January, Friday, 4:30pm



Me: *Ringing Jane*
Jane: Hey! This is Jane! What’s up?
Me: Hi Jane! You coming out today?
Jane: Sure, what will we do?
Me: I don't know! Just hang out! *laughs*
Jane: *laughs softly* Sure!
Jane’s Mum: Jane, Who are you on the phone to?
Jane: KATE!
Me: Yeah? *Rubbing my ear*
Jane: Oops! Sorry I shouted at my mum! Are you ok?
Me: Yeah! I think so!
Jane: Well what time will I come out?
Me: how about 5:00pm
Jane: sure, my dinner will be before that anyway!
Me: Ok I will meet you at the park!

Later on at about 4:00pm Jake was sitting on the bench in the park! His friends where asking each other about who they were taking to the dance!

Johnny: Jake who are you taking to the dance?
Jake: Umm ... I don’t have a date yet!
Johnny: Are you kidding?
Aaron: Its like 4 days to the dance and you don’t have a date?
Connor: Yeah! all of us have dates!
Johnny: I asked Sarah!
Connor: I am going with Jane!
Aaron: I am going with Nicole!
Tom: And I’m going with Cam!
Jake: Maybe I wont go!

Its now 6:00pm and Jane and I are taking a walk in the park!

Jane: So Grace, who are going to the dance with?
Me: Well, no one!
Jane: What?
Me: Who’s taking you?
Jane: Connor! Well did anyone ask you?
Me: No…

Jake: I don’t really like any of the girls!

Soon after Jake said that Jane and I walk past and I look at Jake and he looks back! Jake says ‘Hi!‘ to me and I laughed and said ‘Hi!’ back!

Johnny: So you don’t like any girls! yeah right! I heard Grace isn’t going with anyone yet, Ask her!
Jake: I don’t know…
