Cityside Part 2...

I adored my garden. I spent all the free time I had out there. It was a huge field with lots of animals in it. My dad was a farmer. He loved his job.Well told me he did. I dinnt quite believe him. I did most of his work for him. I strolled around the garden picking lovely,yellow daffodils as I walked. My mom would like these. She loved flowers. Just as I was about to go inside my little dog, Prim, Ran over to me.
I put the flowers on the ground as I picked her up in my arms. I patted her sandy coat of fur. I got Prim when we moved here,about 10 years ago. I was 4 so she meant alot to me then as she does now. Prim jumped out of my arms and ran out into the field. I was going to follow her but my mom called me inside ''Come inside,Sweetheart. Your dad has work for you.'' she called as she went back inside.
I picked up the flowers and skipped inside. My dad was shaking his head at Ashleigh's work results as she frowned. I gave to flowers to my mom and she praised them,just as I suspected.When I sat down my mom took a seat next to my dad at the table. ''Olivia...Ashleigh...We Have Some News'' My dad stuttered. I put my feet on my chair and hugged them. I knew what was coming. ''What?''I murmered. ''Well...Here In Barklate...We feel kind of....Lonely, you know? We are surrounded by trees and they're not such good friends to you two.'' I looked at my sister she was looking out the window. She knew what they were going to say too. My mom sighed. ''We have two great news. One...'She smiled and looked down on my dad. ''We're going to have another child.'' Great, I thought to myself. I thought my parents knew better than to bring another child into this world while my dad was losing money buy the second. Guess they were still 'Lovebirds''. ''And'' she started again 'We're moving.To America. New York City'' Once She said city...My heart stopped beating.

Cityside.Part 1.

I looked in the mirror. I looked like I did everyday. Dirty jeans. A red flannel shirt. Black boots. I put my deep red hair into a ponytail and put my fringe to the side. I walked down the stairs and into the kitchen.

My dad was sitting at the table on his laptop and my mom was cooking up pancakes. I looked just like my mom. But instead of a beautiful shade of green,my eyes were muddy brown. She smiled at me and I smiled back. I sat down at the table next to my 11 year old sister,Ashleigh. 'You ready for school,Olivia?' my dad asked me. I shrugged.'Not like I have much of a choice' I murmured as I ate my pancake. I was home schooled. Since I lived out in the middle of nowhere in England I didn't exactly have much of a choice. I never had any friends. Me and my sister were close enough.

My dad passed us both a sheet of math questions and we set to work. I was done first,of course. My sister was only on the third question. After a while my dad looked at me. 'Very Good,Liv. All Right.' He smiled his crinkly eyed smile. 'Meh' I shrugged. It wasn't exactly a newsflash. I always got top marks. While I waited for Ashleigh I decided to go outside for a bit. I asked my dad for permission and he agreed. I got up and opened the back door.

I thought my old story was basic,drab,boring just like every other one so im starting a new one. What happened in the last one was that Valerie and Jayson went out,they were happy,Valerie has to move away,yadda yadda yadda. you can guess the rest.

Losing You.Part 3

The day passed quickly until it was time for Audrinas football tryouts. Jayson and I sat down in bleachers and were watching the game. We were cheering and whooping for Audrinas team until he looked at me.
''Wanna go out sometime?'' he asked. The question didn't take me by surprise. I was used to him saying that to me and Audrina. ''Sure!''I said. ''What day though?Because Audrina cant make it this Saturday bec-'' ''Just me and you. No Audrina'' I looked at him.
FINALLY! I thought to myself. I thought he'd never ask me out!!! ''Sure,Jay! Id love to!'' I smiled. ''So how about this Saturday?As you said Audrina will be gone so we don't have to tell her about it''He winked. I felt butterflies in my stomach. I laughed. ''I'll call you'' suddenly a whistle blew and Audrina ran over to us.
''So...How did i do?'' she sang. I wasn't really paying attention to the game so I just pretended. ''You Did Great Audrina! I'm sure you`ll get one the team'' I said. She nodded and went to get changed. Jayson and I walked out of the room and waited at the lockers for Audrina.

''Hey Val!'' Audrina smiled as she hugged me. ''Hey Audrina. Did you have a good trip to Spain?'' I asked her. She nodded ''Yeah i did but i missed you so much!'' she said as she hugged me again. Jayson then approached us. I smiled nervously. Jayson was my best friend but i had a dark secret. I really really really liked him. I never told anyone that.Not even Audrina. And if i was to tell anyone I swore to myself that he would be the first to know.
I looked into his big brown eyes but seemmed to get lost in them. ''Hey Valerie. Have a good summer?'' He smiled. I wondered why he'd asked that as i spent most of my summer with him and Audrina even though she was gone all August. ''H-hey Jay. Yeah it was good'' I barely stuttered. The bell suddenly rang. Audrina linked arms with me. ''Lets go!I so don't wanna be late for my first day back. I cannot wait for football tryouts!'' she kept babbling on about sports. I wasn't really paying attention i was thinking about Jayson. ''Um...Val?Did you hear what i just said?'' Audrina questioned, interrupting my fantasies. ''Sorry. I was daydreaming. What did you say?'' i mumbled. ''I said Jake asked me out!Can you believe it?'' she sang as she jumped up and down. Audrina had been crushing on Jake Crow since we were about 6.''No way!Congrats Audrina!''
Actually I could believe it. I knew Jake liked her back because every day last year Jake would ask for her pencil or try talk to her and sometimes i even saw him skip class and watch Audrinas football practise.We walked into school as she talked about where they were going on their first date.

Losing You. Part 1.

‘Valerie?’ I heard my mum call from downstairs. ‘Get up, honey or you’ll be late for school’ I grumbled and got out of bed stumbling a bit. I put on my ugly, navy uniform and went into the bathroom. I tried to sort out the big orange knot that was my hair. I sighed and gave up. I put some eyeliner on to make my blue eyes stand out and walked downstairs into the kitchen where my little brother, Nick was crawling around the floor.
I picked him up in my arms and ruffled his brown hair. He giggled and I sat him at the kitchen table. I grabbed a piece of toast and headed for the door. ‘Where are you going?’ asked my dad. I turned around to look at him. ‘I’m going to my first day back at school. Duh’ I pointed to my uniform. 'But its Sunday he laughed. 'Dad.Its Monday.' I sighed. He Looked At me confused.'Oh...I Knew that!'He laughed and walked back into the kitchen. Sometimes I wondered did my dad pay attention to anything.
I sighed and walked out the door. I walked to school and when I arrived at the gate i could see my best friends Audrina and Jayson at the door. Audrina skipped over to me, her curly blond hair swaying in the autumn breeze, with Jayson following behind her.
