Geek to chic part 3

That Monday went by fast. Before i knew it i was at home, curled up on the couch playing on 'my laptop. My sister Kayla was sitting beside me flickering through the music channels back and forth and to and fro. And that was annoying.
'Just choose one!' i exclaimed after five minutes. Kayla turned her head slowly the look at me with narrowed eyes.
'No.' she sneered and flickered through the channels again.
'Ugh!' i groaned going back to my laptop. I was in the middle of writing an IM to my cousin Sophie when i noticed Kayla looking at me. I looked back at her.
'What?' i asked confused.
'You know...' she murmured. ' You'd look nice with blondish hair. And no glasses'
she reached over and took off my glasses.
'Hey!' i snatched them back off her and put them back on me. ' I cant see without my glasses'
'Ever hear of contacts?' she sighed rolling her eyes. 'Well,if you ever want a makeover me and Katelyn could work our sister magic on you'
I shook my head. 'Kate's too busy with James to do a stupid makeover on me'
Katelyn was my sister and James was her very hyper 2year old son who called me Sesha. They lived in the town beside us wither Katelyn's husband Matt.
'Yeah but shes coming this weekend with James because she hasn't seen us in like a month' Kayla smiled. 'Pleaseeeee can I do a makeover on you?' She flickered her eyelids more than she flickered through the channels.
I though for a minute. Then I remembered. If i got a makeover...id be prettier...i might have more than one friend...boys might like me...Trev might like me!
'Okay' I grinned.
'Yay!' Kayla clapped her hands jumping up and down on the seat. 'i gotta go call Katelyn and tell her! We need to make a hair appointment...maybe for the three of us, my roots need touching up and then we need our nails done and then...'
She kept blabbing on but i wasn't listening.
A makeover.
I debated whether it was a good or bad idea.
Good i decided.
